I am attempting to use a IPhone 4 that was once previously on the Sprint network over a year ago. I have been a Net10 customer for almost a year and was trying to "upgrade" to a newer phone. I verified that the IPhone was compatible and registered the phone on the Net10 site. I obtained a CDMA code and ported my number from the current Net10 phone to the IPhone 4. I am on my third day and still have no service on my phone. I have spoken to Customer Service yesterday and today for an hour each day with no luck and only being transferred 4-5 times simply to be told to go through the same steps of turning off and turning on the phone and dialing the code ##72786# with no success. I was told the number ported successfully but I still seem to get a message on my phone when a is attempted to be made that "the account cannot be validated". I NEED A SOLUTION!!!
