I am having the same issue. Was in the process of porting from Verizon, filled in all the info online from my old account, entered serial number of new phone, entered airtime pin from unlimited international plan purchased at a Family Dollar store.
An hour later my Verizon phone doesn't work anymore and my new phone has no signal either. So now I have NO service for the past 12 hours.
I went online and filled out something to tech support, it states that I would receive a new SIM in 3-5 days.
Then I thought I'd take a look at my SIM in my new Net10 phone (ZTE Whirl) and the SIM number doesn't even match the SIM number of the red Activation card of my phone, the last 4 digits are completely different. So I'm assuming that's why it is not working. My problem is I have NO phone to call Net10 to fix this mess. I just need the SIM that is in my phone activated. VERY frustrating! Please someone help.
