SIM not provisioned MM #2 and Poor customer service

HELP! I have a phone bought through Quality One Wireless which is NET10's authorized distributor. I received the phone and had my number ported. After the port was scheduled to be done I restarted the new phone and received the message "SIM not provisioned MM #2". I called customer support and they said I would have to call Quality One Wireless because the phone was locked. I also read online that the message is for a locked phone. I got on the chat from the link I was sent from this forum and was told there would be a new SIM sent to me. I called today to get the tracking number for the new SIM and was told there was no new SIM and there wouldn't be. I asked what was going on and the rep told me there are tower issues in my area and that's why. So I get back on the chat today and am told there will be a new SIM. I asked why Customer Service via phone is telling me there isn't a new SIM and the chat rep ended the chat!! This is beyond crazy! I'm about ready to go back to Verizon!

Hi. I am having the same problem. The sales rep at AMIGOS CELL phone told me that the sim card be active within 2 hours. And now still says "sim not provisioned MM #2"

I am having the same issue. Was in the process of porting from Verizon, filled in all the info online from my old account, entered serial number of new phone, entered airtime pin from unlimited international plan purchased at a Family Dollar store.
An hour later my Verizon phone doesn't work anymore and my new phone has no signal either. So now I have NO service for the past 12 hours.
I went online and filled out something to tech support, it states that I would receive a new SIM in 3-5 days.
Then I thought I'd take a look at my SIM in my new Net10 phone (ZTE Whirl) and the SIM number doesn't even match the SIM number of the red Activation card of my phone, the last 4 digits are completely different. So I'm assuming that's why it is not working. My problem is I have NO phone to call Net10 to fix this mess. I just need the SIM that is in my phone activated. VERY frustrating! Please someone help.

I started the portability of one of my phones today. First I called Net 10 and an employee verified the phone and it was compatible. He told me that the only thing that I have to do was to buy a Bring your own phone Sim Card kit compatible with ATT. That's what I did and when all the compatibility was done ""Surprise"" Sim not provisioned MM #2. After TWO hours waiting on the phone, finally an employee answers and the only thing that he was able to say was that the phone was not unlocked and because of this I have to buy an unlocked phone. How Nice!!! SO I LOST MY MONEY AND THE PHONE NUMBER TOO.
