i need to transfer my old number to my new net10 phone and am having issues doing so through customer service. what is wrong with this company that anywhere in try any number for support i call, nobody can help and there is no way to do this! what is going on here and can someone please help?

Having this same problem and nothing is being resolved. I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with customer service and nothing has been accomplished. Even emailed, but didn't get a reply. I have been without a phone now for 4 days. This is ridiculous. Worst customer service ever.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I have been trying to transfer my number from another network to Net 10 phone. I have been calling customer service for four days and still do not have the correct number working on phone. I am not happy at all. The old phone SIM is inactive and the new one does not have my correct number and I do not want the new one. The customer service rep was very nice and told me that the number has been lost inside their network. It is still not activating so I am without. Why is this so hard? Spent a lot on the phone and on the card, not to mention the hours and expense spent on the phone trying to figure this out. Not happy. This seems to happen a lot from what I have heard. I will not be taken advantage of. Either want my number back and returned to my former network provider, or my Net10 phone activated. I am told to call back again after 24 hours. I will keep calling back until I get my old number back...... Thank you.
Hi my name is dustin I have just recently tried to change my old net 10 phone to a new net 10 the lady from customer service said it was in processing about 4 hrs ago I waited for the old phone service to turn off as she said it would and I turned the new phone off and back in tried making a call as she directed but after 3 or so hrs of doing that off and on I and still am unable to make a call I had her add the 50 dollar calling card to the service before the transfer to make sure it had the time nessisariy to be transferes without my service being cut off at midnight but now I'm completely out a phone both phones have no service I starting to get very worried and customer service is closed so I have no idea what to do please assist me in this issue so I can rest knowing my job or any emergency that could happen any time tonight Will be able to reach me thank you
