I have been a Net10 customer for 3 years. I transferred my number as always and was told to wait between 1 and 72 hours for it to take place. At no point I was told that there might be a problem transferring my old number.
However, a new number popped up. I NEED TO HAVE MY OLD NUMBER BACK in my new phone as I use it for emergency contacts and business calls.
