I was wondering the same thing. It's been close to 5 hours now and I have a conformation number, but the website does not seem to want to work properly. What should I do?

how long to port?

I am just switching from one Net10 phone to another. (actually am switching two phones). It has been over 12 hours and the old phones were instantly turned off. How long am I expected to not have a working phone? I have both the "ticket numbers" but this is ridiculous, I am not even switching providers. Please assist.

I am just trying to switch 2 phones from Net10 to Net10. Its been 12 hours and none of the phones work. I have the ticket numbers buit shouldn't my old phones at least still work until the new ones do? Please help.
