Porting Number Help

Porting Number Help

Postby initial515 » Tue Mar 13, 2018 7:34 pm

Hello,

First off i am seriously frustrated as i am being passed around to every department that is within customer service. I feel like at this point this is a cat and mouse and there is no end to this. Honestly i have given every single customer service a low rating because they have not resolve my issue.

What is so hard about porting a number? net10 advertises it like its easy as A B C or 1 2 3. I have provided every single information from my verizon account which is still active because it needs to be active for the number to be ported over.

I was told they will have to cancel my safelink account in order to port the number over and the process will take 3hours if not 24hours.

So i waited patiently 24 hours ( literally ), i call them back to check the statue of my ticket. The customer service open another ticket and request for the same information i provided 24hours ago. My home address, and some security question. She tells me there is an error and once again to give her the information again.

4x giving her the information, i am put on hold for 3minute. Just so she can answer and ask for the information again.

LIKE LITERALLY WHAT THE FLYING F. its like are these guys not inputing this information on the pc.

Now on my 2nd day and no issue has been resolved not to mention they have cancel my safelink account so im stuck with no phone.

Can i get a call from someone that can actually help me. I was told they were gonna escalate it to corporate but smh phone still doesnt work after 24hours.

I mean if net10 isn't gonna help me fix this issue then tell me so i can cancel and not bother. Since it seem everyone on the customer service department doesn't know how to port a number.
