First I was Happy with my old plan but for some reason you guys decided to not use auto pay from my bank which had been working fine for several months. Next seems I had no choice but to start a new plan which I thought my 5000 mins. would be rolled over to this new billing but seems they are gone so I call you guys and keep getting people that seem to have piercings in their tongues and speak with such an accent I couldn't understand them, In the Past this company Net 10 has Always Been very Helpful and have Bent over backwards to solve the situation Im hopeing this will continue but at this point I am very doubtful. Please either have someone call me that speaks plan English, Respond this this post, or e-mail me how I can get back on track with the mins I had and the service I had before this last month, Thanks Sincerely.
