I've been waiting for my phone No. to transfer from my old company to my new Net10 phone since last night. I know it can take a while, but how long? My old No. is dead (no signal) but the Net10 phone has no phone No. So, I don't understand why I don't have one phone or the other. Why would they cut off my old phone when they weren't ready to put the No. on my new one? I tried the support ticket request four times in an hour and a half but it just keeps saying that a transaction is occurring, wait five minutes. So, now what? How long does this take? Why don't I have A phone to use?
