transfer number from old (dead) net10 phone to new one

I've had a Samsung t401g for over a year now on Net10, but recently the screen broke and the phone became inoperable. Since I was planning on getting a new phone anyways, I bought a Net10 LG 900g phone at bestbuy. However, the online Net10 tool to transfer numbers from one phone to the other does not seem to be working for me, and telephone customer service put me on hold forever. Can someone help me transfer my old net10 number to this new phone ASAP? thanx.
