IVE BEEN TRYING TO SWITCH MY # AND MINUTES FROM A MOTO W408G TO A SAMSUNG T404G SLIDER

SYSMTEM HAS BEEN GIVING ME ERRORS FOR DAYS, MULTIPLE BROWSERS DOUBLED CHECKED ON BOTH PC AND MAC.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME DO THIS FROM ON HERE SO I CAN PORT MY # AND MIN FROM OLD TO NEW NBET10 PHONE? PLEASE
