I am trying to reactivate my phone and the minutes are showing but it says unregistered sim.

What's the point of a forum if there are no answers given out? Every reply from a rep says the same damn thing - "sorry you're having this problem I will PM you with directions..." How does that help with rest of us?!?!?! My problem still has not been addressed. I have the same problem as this guy.

i have had the same problem with them killing my old phone then fixing it then suddenly it says the same thing now sitting waiting yet again for yet another sim card whats up and why does not one tell us a darn thing.

all i want is my phone to work. it did work one rep actualy had it working then suddenly it stopped i dont know why it suddenly said this same thing now i am sitting here paying for minutes i cant use and no one even seems to give a darn. Hum wonder if this will even get posted.
