I have a Net10 Samsung cell phone and I have a problem with it. I wanted to have my Virginmobile cell phone number switched over to the Net10 phone. The port was created successfully, but when I finished the activation process, instead of the old number being on the phone I was given a new number. Plus, the 200 minutes that I have put in didn't show up either. I have tried to resolve this issue with customer service and they said that I would have to wait 48 hours for the issue to be resolved. I would like to know what the problem is and why my old phone number didn't switch over and my 200 minutes didn't show up. I have a ticket number and here it is1032230687. I would prefer that this issue be resolved today and if someone could let me know what is going on, then that would be great.
