need help reactivating

I have been trying to reactivate my lg600 several times on over the web but when I try to sign up for an account I keep getting the error: ERROR 404 not found from RFC 2068 Hypertext Protocol --HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 NOT FOUND
I use firefox but I get the same error message in internet explorer. I have no clue what it means.
Can someone help me.
