I've used an old LG300 from Net10 for the last few years, finally bought the Net10 LG900 last week.I tried to transition my phone number and time from my old phone to my new one, and I get this Error Message:"Your current Net10 Phone is not Active, therefore we cannot continue the transfer to your new Net10 Phone at this time. Please call the Customer Care Center at 1-877-836-2368."My old phone IS active, I have 40 service days and 1500+ minutes.I've been on hold at "Customer Care" for TWO hours and 30 minutes, there is no help there.Is there any help here?Thanks,Rod
