I need help

I am so tired of being on the phone for hours so mabe I can get some help this way. I have a Nokia imei# 010767004166940. This was a phone my husband was useing and now he is not using it and I got a new sim's card mailed to me #89014103213690077425. All I want to do is activate this phone with new sim's card and with a new phone number. I got airtime min's for it but can't put them on phone until I can get it changed over to a new number. I have paid for this phone and paid for min's twice on it why can I not get the help I need to get this phone on? Can someone please help me!!! I have the airtime min's to give once I see the number has been changed. Thanks I will be waiting on a responce.
