Yesterday I tried porting my number from my old net10 phone to my new net10 phone.Last night I spoke with a guy in your customer service center that said in 24 hours it would be complete.Tonight it's still not working,I called the customer service number again,only to be told by another customer service associate that it would be another 48 hours.So right now I am without a working phone.A phone which I use only for work.At this point I'm just ready to go with another cell provider as it seems this company definately doesn't want to service their customers at all.
