Why is this so difficult? I did everything your tech support and customer service said. It now seems my old (non working) net10 phone is deactivated and rather then porting 4 months of service days it did 2 and rather then porting 2662 minutes it gave me 10 and the new phone still doesn't receive or make calls. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE IN YOUR COMPANY Wh*HAS THE KNOWLEDGE TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION!!!???
