3rd SIM Card

3rd SIM Card

Postby #1Customer » Thu Jan 27, 2011 11:23 am

I have multiple issues with my attempt to transfer my number from Verizon to a new Net10 phone and SIM card:1.) The first card I ordered did not ship for a month. When I received it, there was No Service, and the phone never activated. A representative admitted there was a mistake on Net10's part when I called Customer Service and completed an order for a 2nd SIM card.2.) The second card I requested received reception, although the phone was unable to make/receive calls.3.) Upon requesting Technical Support on Net10.com I received a page that requested I create a new 4-digit PIN for Buy Now. I obliged, but the page will not refresh to allow me to proceed to Technical Support no matter how many times I try. I attempted to fix this PIN problem on my phone, and after trying three times, it locked my 2nd SIM card. I called Net10 Customer Service to provide a PUK code to unlock the phone. Every attempt failed and every code was invalid. After two representatives I was told I needed a 3rd SIM card.4.) I received my 3rd SIM card in the mail. The phone is "active" with the correct number on Net10.com, as it HAS been, but the phone displays No Service, just as the first card did.To say the least, I am beginning to think Net10 is incapable of truly offering a service that successfully transfers a number from one phone to another. Please reassure me this is not true and help me activate my completed port. You may contact me outside of the thread, yes. Thank you.
