I just received my new net10 phone with whatever # was automatically assigned to it. If I use the net10 phone with the assigned number, but I later want to replace the assigned number with my current number from a different mobile provider (this number is still active),is this possible? If so, how do i do it?thanks

Good day, p0ppy. My name is Jessica Net and I'll be addressing your question. Yes, you can still request for your existing number from a different service provider to transfer over to your NET10 phone. Just let us know and we'll do the process for you. Please take note that when porting a number from an existing provider may take 24-72 hours to complete. For GSM phones, a new SIM card will be sent to you for the requested number to work to your NET10 phone. I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.
