Question

Question

Postby JamesSlayton » Sat Nov 06, 2010 6:45 am

I want to port my cell phone number from Verizon. I have a new Net10 phone. When I hit the submit button on the screen where I enter my all my information such as my Verizon cell phone number and my home address, I find myself at the account sign on screen without so much as a message telling me that the submission worked. I also have not received any email notice either. Should this have happened? I would have expected to get a message or an email saying something like the process has started. I am thinking it is a traffic problem. I am not sure. I have tried to register four times coming up with the same result.

I figured it out.

Although the screens don't tell you this, you have to create an online account to activate your phone and port your previous phone number. This is why I kept ending up at the registration screen after submitting, because it was required that I register. This matter is resolved. Thank you.
