Yesterday I was talking to a lady customer service and because I didn't get the answer I was looking for I became upset and rude to her. It wasn't her fault I mistakenly purchased the wrong minute card and added to my account which then caused me to loose 6900 minutes. It was my fault and I would just like to apology to her :(
