Internet stopped working

Mobile internet connection disappeared suddenly. After a new 30-days refill cycle started suddenly internet and picture texts are gone. Calls, word texts work fine. My home network is T-Mobile, my plan is "Unlimited 3GB High Speed". Please help.

i just paid for a new 30 day unlimited plan and today no 4g access.. no mms no app connection cause i have no data.. this is the second time this has happened to me.. thinking about whiching from net 10
