Mobile Internet broken, T-mobile carrier

Postby thor_the_great » Tue Apr 14, 2015 12:16 pm

Hello Support,

My mobile internet connection disappeared suddenly. Yesterday new 30-days refill cycle started and internet gone. Other services (calls etc) work fine. My home network is T-Mobile, my plan is "Unlimited 3GB High Speed". Please help.

Regards,
Martin

Did you get an answer? I am having the same EXACT problem and it won't let me start a technical support ticket without kicking me out.

Having same problem Dozens of people are experiencing this problem. I have had data since December 2014 and on the last refill cycle 4G icon/DATA is gone. I talk to rep on 1-800 and they tried to troubleshoot my settings for couple hours. They could not figure it out and had told me my phone and wifes phone is defectective and that's the conclusion they have came up with this. My wife and I have the exact same phone and tmobile Sim card with the same problem. They have noted my account with this conclusion and tell me there is nothing more they can do for me because have tried everything. So my options are waste money and switch to the AT&T Sim card and configure my APN settings for them. Or... Leave Net10 find another provider. Not straight talk or any affiliation with these companies due to poor customer service and experience. I'm scared I'll switch to AT&T it will work and then the same thing happens on that too. I really don't want to waste my time on the phone with them.

My conclusion is my phones are not broken and that these T-Mobile Sim cards through net10 are no longer working due to something on their end that needs to be sorted out and fixed. Evidence everyone else has experience my same problem after their refill cycle started over then lost their data.

Woke up and checked my phone and noticed my 4G icon is up and running. Lol I filed a complaint with BBB the night before to help me resolve this problem. So glad my data is back. Wasn't a broken phone thanks for the great customer service net10.
