not getting data on my net 10 phone

I am having the same problem. All of a sudden, I cannot connect to the web browser, says "Network not available" I waited 3 days, I took battery out - nothing. I do no see the answer for this on this board.

Does somebody know where can we file a complain against Net10?
I spent 3 hours on the phone "troubleshooting" a non-existent problem when the reason of my slow internet was throttling. If I pay for 4G internet and I get only 2G without going over the limit, this deserves my representative attention I think.

I reactivated my phone over a week ago and I still have no data.

Reset phone to factory settings, need to get call,data, and text back. This is the second time i reset this phone while with net10. First time i was able to find all the info on website, this time i just cant seem to find anything to do with this. please point me in direction or send me info via email.

Yesterday i purchased a new plan and have had the deactivation date changed along with the money taken out of my bank, but am not receiving any service. I have tried turning my phone off and on several times,please fix this.
