These guys are of absolutely no assistance. When they direct you to the chat room that is just another waste of your time, the next step is directing you back to the phone customer service, which is the ultimate time waster.

No, I asked for a refund but, that's not gonna happen... My fone is completely down now... as opposed to having talk and text... Yes, after 2 hard rests and countless "successful" over the air programmings... and taking the battery out... and turning the fone OFF then ON and then, open browser, "tell me what you see" :roll: ...shwew...I'm exhausted with absolutely no service right now... But, it is what is...I have to deal with it because I'm not loaded with cash so I can take my business elsewhere...the reason I chose Net10 was because it (kinda) fit my budget... I guess you get what you pay for...So all I can do is wait and hope that there is a genius in that tech dept somewhere that can straighten me out.....1

SUCCESS!!!! JEAN, from Online Chat solved my issues and I am back up and running...talking and texting and social networking again... Thank you Jean so much for your above the bar customer service skills...You obviously take your job serious because you did what countless others couldn't...

I highly recommend Jean, from online chat, to anyone experiencing any kind of problem... She solved what seemed to be unsolvable to her peers... I don't know if you can ask for her by name but, if you're lucky.... Good luck everybody else with your issues.

PS I had my reservations about LIVE CHAT but, no more

Provision doesn't work I called today to have them do that to my account to see if it would get my data back. They told me it would take up to 2 hours. Its been almost 8 hours and still no data after provisioning my account. I have had them help me with APN settings that did not work. They had me check and make sure mobile data was turned on? Like yeah... It has always been on I've been through my phone hundred times checking every inch of the settings. That's not the problem Ive had data working for 4 months and now its gone what are you guys going to do to get my data working again? And why are only T-Mobile Sim cards effected by this problem. Something's really fishy here.

I've been on the support line 3 times, I lost 3G data after having them process a refund for a duplicate charge on my credit card. They have had me reset the phone, Over the Air Programming, and check settings multiple times. I am thinking that this might be the first and last month I pay for the unlimited plan if this is how I am going to have to spend my time.

Did anyone ever find out EXACTLY what was done to fix the issue?

I am having a similar problem, I have a verizon branded BYOP, and the data mysteriously disappeared after requesting a refund of duplicate charges on my account. 2 full rounds with tech support, the second of which ending with me being hung up on.

I renewed my plan 2 days ago and no no Internet without WiFi. What gives?
