Unable to Log into Net10 Website

Hello,

For the past several days, my mom and I have been unable to log into our accounts on the Net10 website. Even with the correct usernames and passwords, nothing happens. My mom needs to fix an issue with her flip-phone while I need to add more minutes to my Wifi hotspot. We have tried different browsers/operating systems to no avail.

Anything help we could get with logging in would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
