No one can resolve my problem. I think better business bureau needs to get all these complaints about net10 selling something and not giving it to their customers!

Okay...I think I have a LG500GB and I get the cant send/ receive messages thing and cant get in the internet. I don't have a sim or sd card. I've been able to send messages until this point. what did I do or have to do to fix this?
