Shame that theres no actual response >.< everyone got private messaged.
Google found a possible problem, tho if anyone else knows one please reply. I dont feel like calling customer support again about phone details since last time i called about an icon, I could hear them in the background asking each other about it, with lots of "I dont know. Google it."
Well *I* googled it this time.

Picture messages on the Samsungt404g are limited to 300 KB to send/receive.
Default phone resolution for the camera is 1600x1200, which makes pictures that are well over 400KB. 1024 x 700 yields an average 315 KB picture.
Solution : Change camera settings to 800x600 to send pictures, or edit on a computer image editor program to the proper size, before sending.
