Setting up visual voicemail on BYOD phone

I have an unlocked Galaxy s10. I had been using the Verizon SIM and was using the Visual Voicemail app on my phone with no problems. About a month ago I switched to using an AT&T SIM and now the Visual Voicemail won't register. Is there a way to set up VV on my phone?
