Being charged twice

I see on my checking account that I am being charged twice for the Easy Minutes plan, which has caused my account to be -1.50 or so. I called and was told I had to wait 24 hours to see if I do get charged twice since according to Net10 they are both pending transactions. Well by bank took them both out and now I don't have money for dog food and I am out of dog food. Guess he won't be eating today! :evil:

Same thing happened to me and i can't response to private messages. I'm about to put a stop on both payments and cancel my service.

I am told to wait 24-48 hours to see if the bank accepts both of them. If so they will issue a refund. The bank all ready took it out even though it's pending. Even better, I get on last night to check my bank and there was a 3RD CHARGE pending for Net10!! Which of course my bank took out. This is crazy. I don't know why they are trying to send it through three times. Maybe it's time to switch. Even if they don't go through, I am still out 60 bucks until it is straightened out and put back in my checking account.
