I as well am unable to set up voicemail on BYOP sim. Won't let me impute sim number as serial. What to do?

After signing into my NET 10 account still am unable to set up VOICEMAIL with my 15 digit sim card number in the serial impute box. Please help!

After signing into my NET10 account, I am still unable to impute the last 15 digits of my sim card number. The response I get is "The Serial Number entered is invalid. Please try again."

Can someone help me as well? I'm having the same trouble with the website ("Serial Code Invalid" and the grayed phone number field). I also try to submit a Technical Support ticket and that errors out too. Yikes!
