buy one/get one free promo

After talking to three rep's I decided to purchase the ZTE Solar, but only after be assured that this would be a bundle under the "buy one/get one free" offer. I purchased the phone as instructed. Only one phone arrived. Called and spoke with two rep's. After an hour and a half on the phone and me telling them repeatedly that I did purchase the bundle, I asked if they were or were not going to give me the free phone as advertised. I was told "no". Also talked to three reps about transferring my contact list to new phone and keeping my old phone number. Again, they assured me this would not be a problem. Turned out it most certainly was. Finally transferred contacts on my own. Now all I want is to have my Verizon phone number transferred to new Net 10 phone. But, now they are telling me this cannot be done. None of the reps have any idea how the phones work. NOT HAPPY AND FEEL RIPPED OFF
