Still Deactivated, Eventhough Airtime Added.

Still Deactivated, Eventhough Airtime Added.

no time to search.

Hi, I have this phone since Aug of 2011. I forgot to add airtime on due date(6/11/12). So its deactivated. Since I've read in the FAQ that "You can Reactivate your service by simply buying and adding another Airtime card" and I might be assigned a new number, so I did ADD airtime the day it was deactivated. Now there was "welcome back" text , 300 minutes of airtime reflected and 61 service days left. But I STILL CAN'T CALL and CAN NOT be CONTACTED, it still says my phone is DEACTIVATED. WORST, I LOST my 700 plus minutes which is suppose to remain in the phone until 30 days of deactivation.

Net10 Rep, pls help. Pls put me in a secure conversation(email) so I can enter the serial and number.

Thanks for the reply

I haven't receive an email yet, and the PM you sent me ah, there is no reply button, or did I miss it? Pls enable the feature for the mean time so I can send the serial no.

I can call and receive calls now. The phone displayed the airtime I just refilled yesterday when the due date expired/deactivated. The remaining airtime balance of 700 did'nt carry over.

I also noticed I CAN"T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET.
When I opened the browser it says "Connection Failed" :?:

As of now I dont have other concerns except this phone. I'll only need to reply a pm asking for the serial number.
