Minutes not showing up

Hi, I activated a phone this morning and purchased the unlimited monthly plan. The plan is showing up on the website but the minutes aren't showing up on my phone. What should I do?

Was this question answered? Why does it not show up so we all know what the problem is? I have the same issue but searching the forum I find the questions but never the answer. What can bne done to solve the issue of the plan not showing up on the phone yet paid for on the web page?
