HAVE A MASSIVE PROBLEM

Hello:I have been with Net 10 for about a year now and lately I have been having an issue with my phone and Net 10's meters I buy a 300 minute phone card every other month and I have been using my phone as normal however lately I have been keeping track of my phone usage and what I say that I should have and what the phone meter says is totally inaccurate, I should have over 200 minutes left but the meter says right now just under 30 minutes are left , why is this and can something be done to rectify this or do I need to go to another service provider?? I really hope that someone here can help me why am I being ripped off and what is wrong with Net 10's meters they are totally wrong?? Please do something for me.
