Can't Activate phone

Can't Activate phone

I got my LG 100 phone and 200 minutes of airtime last night, I have been trying to activate it online because i do not have a home phone to call on...I went through the process and gave all of the information needed...while it displays my phone as "registered" online, my phone is not activated, and i do not have a phone number. I cannot call customer care...what do i do??? Heelpp!
