HAVE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH MY MINUTES

Hello:I have tried to contact the company several times about this and they seem to not want to help me. Here is the problem I have been with Net10 for awhile now and I have bought a few 300 minute cards to refill my airtime lately I have been using my phone and checking my times very carefully and they just dont equal what they say that I have left by my calculations I should have over 200 minutes left but they say that I only have 50 minutes left I know that is not right can someone here please help me and resolve this situation. I dont want to have to switch companies but I am being gauged and this isint right. I just want what I paid for and I am not getting what I paid for there is something wrong with Net 10 s meters. This must be resolved.
