Trying to reactivate a phone

While trying to reactivate a phone I clicked on buy airtime card and the page just reloaded in another language.Now in My Account Summary there is an error that says... "You are pending your phone number. Please allow up to 4 hours for your Activation to be completed."It has been over 24 hours since I tried deleting the phone and then adding it back in. Same error. TIApetec
