Trying to Activate at website - ARRRRGH

I'm trying to activate my phone. When I try to go through the steps I only get to this error page that says click here to restart. Then I got one that said my request could not be completed. I called the "TEN CENT" number from my other NET 10 phone and exhausted all my remaining mins on it while listen to and trying to navigate the redundant menu system. Now I have TWO phones: one with no airtime & another with an unregistered SIM. What can be done to make this right so I have both phones and don'tr have to go back to T-Mobile?
