Feel like a SCAM!!!

*****I have wait for 6 days and STILL NOT received any information from you, so I decided to POST here!!!*****I was a loyal customer for 2 years, but this time I feel so MAD!!I have ordered 4 new phones, and NET10 have charged me 3 of the phones, one shows "Backorder" in NET10's system.According to Fedex's tracking record, it is on the way to deliver to me but canceled at same time.I have called your NET10 CS support and took me over one hour and until my phone's battery die, still no clue.I have also called Fedex CS, they told me shipped has called back all the packages.If you check the tracking record now, all packages have been sent back to NET10.**What I was mad is I do not receive any notify or email that tells me WHAT HAPPENED, I WAS WAIT AT HOME FOR THE PACKAGES(waste my time).**It seems like you try to cancel my order, Fine, I don't care right now!!!I am a Vice President of our student association, I always buy Net10 phones and recommend to NEW COMING students.NOW I WILL NOT RECOMMEND AGAIN, AND I WILL ALSO CHANGE MY BLOG TO RECOMMEND ALL MY READERS TO OTHER COMPANYs!!!PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO FOOL ME AGAIN!!!Because You have charged me and I received nothing from you, PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP or I will file a DISPUTE with my credit card company!!!I now provide my online order no. and I believe your system will have all the informations you need!!!337**** - already returned to NET1033***** - Backordered (you still sell on your website)337**** - already returned to NET103***** - already returned to NET10REFUND ME ASAP!!!!! FEEL VERY BAD!!!!!
