new net 10 phone

My current net 10 phone is not functioning properly - it drops calls. I'm considering buying another net 10 phone to replace it and transferring my current net 10 phone number and minutes to the new one. Will there be a gap of time that I won't be able to use my phone until the info gets transferred from the old to the new?How does this get accomplished?

The units and the service days you have left on the old phone will be the same amount that will be transfered to the new phone. You can call the Customer Service Hotline at 1-877-836-2368 and ask assistance with our Technical Support Team. We are open from Mondays-Sundays from 8:00am-11:00pm EST. You can also visit the website the go to "Activate/Reactivate Phone" then click on "Transfer Number". I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.
