Switching to new Net10 Phone

We have 2 net10 active phone service, but just bought upgraded phones with keyboards for easier texting. How do we switch our numbers over to the new phone and activate? Can we keep our same phone numbers? I hope this is a simple and easy process.

Hi cmcall6. My name is NET10 Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. You can transfer the phone number as long as your phone is active right now. You can ask assistance with our Customer Service by calling 1-877-836-2368. We are open from Mondays-Sundays from 8:00am-11:00pm EST. You can also visit the website atwww.net10.com and go to "Activate/Reactivate Phone" then click on "Transfer Number". I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you.
