Hi,I had service with Net10 a while back and still have the Nokia 1600 phone. I would like to reactivate the service and wanted to know the procedure.Thanks,Kat

Hi Kat. My name is NET10 Stephanie and I will be addressing your question. All you need to do is purchase an airtime card then we can go ahead and reactivate the phone back. You can contact the Customer Service Hotline at 1-877-836-2368 and we are open from Mondays-Sundays from 8:00am-11:00pm EST or you can also reactivate the phone online atwww.net10.com and go to "Activate/Reactivate" flow. Yes, you are right Kat. You can still keep your old phone number if it is still available, but if not, the system will assign a new number to your phone. I believe this answers your question. It's been a pleasure helping you. Have a good day.
