Buying minutes but error occured

I tried to buy some minutes for my phone online but I recieved an error saying my transaction could not be completed and I should call Net10. Well today i check my Visa card and it is billed from net10 however I have no minutes and i have transaction charged to my account. What do I do?Oh and I did enter my Cell phone serial number during the process of ordering, because right now it is showing it is unregistered and unusable.
