Disappearing Minutes

Disappearing Minutes

Twice I have purchased minutes and I have over 100 minutes on my Net10 phone... turn the phone off or sometimes charge the phone and turn the phone back on and have 0 minutes. Can these be recovered? This happened again this morning and I purchased minutes yesterday afternoon. I'm not sure what is happening? Thanks.
