Inactive phone displays 892 days left

I have two NET10 phones, one active and one inactive since last year. The inactive one says "Unregistered SIM". It also says "1 minute airtime and 892 days of service left". Is there any way to transfer these days of service to my active NET10 phone? Or if I reactivate the old phone, will it be able to use those old days of service? Thanks for your help

Hi. My name is NET10 Michael and I will be addressing your question. Yes, it is possible to transfer the existing service days from your inactive phone to your other phone as long as those service days are valid. Valid service days are service days that are not consumed yet or simply the service period that denotes service end date in the future. If you wish to reactivate the old phone, you should be able to use your existing service days provided that the existing service days are still valid. I believe this answers your question. You're very welcome Paul. You can verify the validity of your service end date on the Prepaid Menu. Please go to Airtime Tank Info option and there you will see your actual service end date.

Under "Airtime Info", it says Due Date = 08/21/2009. Does that mean the days of service showing on the phone are invalid?

Unfortunately, those service days are no longer valid. If you would like to reactivate your old phone, you will need to add additional airtime card and we will also send you a new SIM card. Just let us know in any way that we can be of help. You can also call our customer care center at 1-877-836-2368. Our representatives are available Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 11:45 PM EST.
