NET10 Wireless Forums

For several weeks I have been trying to access my account using my Windows 10 computer to no avail. The "My Account" page does not work. I have spoken with two Net 10 technical representatives who have not been able to help. I need to be able to access my account on my computer. Can anyone please help me?

Hi, Jude, thank you for your response. I contacted the Net 10 chat and was informed there is an technical interface problem between Windows 10 and the Net 10 website. A friend has loaned me an old android tablet so I will download the Net 10 app from Google Play Store. I'm not proficient with new technology but I'm learning. Thank you for your help.

Hello, Im not sure if this is the right place to post this but i am at wits end. I referred multiple people to net10 with my referral code and i had them in pending points. Now when i login it seems that most of my pending points have disappeared. Can someone please help me?
