Cannot Log Into My Account Using Windows 10 Computer

I have been trying for several weeks to log into my account using my Windows 10 computer, but to no avail. I have spoken with the Net 10 technical representatives twice, but I still cannot access my account using my Windows 10 computer. Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
