MMS and mobile Hotspot not working

Hi, I have an unlocked phone from metro pcs ( T-Mobile) that I am using with my net10 Sim. Everything works except I cannot send/receive MMS messages and also My mobile Hotspot turns on but says no internet to anything I try to connect to it. If I can get someone to contact me about this I would appreciate it.
