New VoLTE Rules

Hi, I have a Net10 fliptop phone, that is non VoLTE capable. Net10 is prompting me to upgrde to a new phone. My question is I have a LOT of minutes and service day left on the current phone, what happens to them when I upgrade. Net10 is saying pay as you go minutes will not work after Jan 1st 2021.
What should I do?

Hi bbildman. I'm NET - Maria. Your minutes will be transferred to your new with the new three bucket system. For us to further assist you, please check your Forum inbox for a message.
